How quickly we reply

• General questions: usually within 1 to 2 business days.
• Privacy and data-removal requests: acknowledged within 2 business days, and completed within 30 days — see the Privacy Policy.
• Copyright notices: acknowledged within 2 business days — see the DMCA page for what a notice must contain.

We answer on U.S. business days. Friday nights and weekends in the football season are busy, so a message sent late on a Friday will normally be answered on the following Monday.

Please send it to the right place

This website is an independent guide: we list games and link out to a third-party streaming service, and we do not host any video ourselves. That means there are some things we genuinely cannot do:

• We cannot see, change, or cancel a subscription, a free trial, or an account with the streaming service. We have no access to their systems.
• We cannot issue refunds or look up a charge on your card statement.
• We cannot lift a regional blackout, restore a stream that is down, or fix playback on your TV or device.

For any of those, contact the streaming service’s own support through the account or help page on their site. If you tell us which service you signed up with, we can point you at their help page, but that is as far as we can help.

Things we are glad to hear about

• A wrong kickoff time, a wrong ranking, or a game listed for the wrong school.
• A broken page or a link that goes nowhere.
• A logo or photo you own and want removed — see the DMCA page.
• Advertising, sponsorship, or partnership enquiries.

What to put in your email

It saves a round trip if you include:

• the full address of the page you are writing about;
• the two team names and the date of the game, if it is a schedule correction;
• the device and browser you were using, if something looked broken;
• a short subject line such as “Privacy”, “DMCA Notice”, or “Schedule fix”.

Please do not send payment details, card numbers, or passwords by email. We never ask for them, and we have no use for them.

Who we are not

We are an independent website and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for MaxPreps, the NFHS Network, ESPN, any school, school district, league, or state athletic association. If you are trying to reach a school’s athletic department, please contact the school directly.
